Learn how structured quality improvement methods, targeted interventions, and data-driven feedback can enhance CPR performance and support better patient outcomes.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
-
Describe how QI methodology can be applied to improve CPR data collection in the emergency department.
-
Describe how the program defined the CPR Coach role and clarified responsibilities in a structure healthcare providers have embraced.
-
Identify barriers and practical strategies for collecting high-quality CPR data during resuscitations.
-
Discuss how improved data capture supports ongoing performance improvement and patient outcomes.
